"Ansan-m ann di: Ayiti leve kanpe pou-w mache," The Rt. Rev. Jean Zaché Duracin, Bishop of Haiti. Episcopal Relief & Development is supporting the rescue, relief and recovery efforts of its Haitian partner, the Episcopal Diocese of Haiti. We are committed to working through and strengthening the resources and leadership within Haiti. In the aftermath of the earthquake, we disbursed emergency funds that assisted 60,000+ individuals with urgent health care, food, water, shelter, sanitation and other non-food items. Currently we are providing funds for recovery work that is engaging individuals in short-term employment, home construction, household & community sanitation, agriculture production, microcredit & livelihoods, and the reconstitution of Episcopal health & education ministries.
